Our current mats combine a polyester playing surface with natural-rubber backing. Gentle care helps keep both ready for your table.
Start with a gentle spot clean.
Lift loose dirt without scrubbing. Use a soft, damp cloth to spot-clean gently, then allow the mat to dry fully before storing it. Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, abrasive brushes and heat.
Keep heat and folds away.
Keep your mat away from hot surfaces and prolonged direct sunlight. Store it flat or loosely rolled; avoid sharp folds, heavy creases and trapping moisture.
When something looks wrong.
Screen colours and printed colours can differ. If your order arrives damaged or has a print problem, contact hello@deckacrit.com with your order reference and a description. See our delivery and returns information.
